Does RenewIQ submit my CE to my state licensing board?
No. RenewIQ is a personal tracking tool only. It does not connect to any state real estate commission, submit CE records on your behalf, or verify the approval status of courses. You are responsible for completing approved CE courses and submitting your own renewal.
How do I log a CE course?
Tap "Log CE Hours" on the home screen or the + button in History. Enter the course name, provider, number of hours, and completion date. You can optionally attach a photo of your certificate and assign it to the correct category for your state's requirements.
What if my state's CE requirements are wrong?
State CE requirements can change. If you notice an error in the requirements shown for your state, please email us at support@renewiq.site with the correct information and a link to the source (your state board website). We'll update the app promptly. Always verify requirements directly with your state real estate commission before renewing.
How do I export a compliance report?
Go to the Report tab and tap "Export PDF Report." The report includes your license information, compliance status, category breakdown, and full course history. You can share it via email, AirDrop, or save it to Files. PDF export requires a Pro subscription.
I deleted the app and lost my data. Can you restore it?
Unfortunately, no. All your data is stored locally on your device and is not backed up to any server. To protect your data, back up your iPhone regularly using iCloud or iTunes. If your iPhone backup includes the app data, reinstalling and restoring from backup may recover it.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel: open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → find RenewIQ → tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I track licenses in multiple states?
Yes. Pro subscribers can add unlimited licenses. The free tier supports one license. Each license tracks its own CE hours and deadline independently.
Is my data private?
Yes. All data is stored on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of your license or CE information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
