Privacy Policy
The short version
- All your data is stored locally on your device
- We do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal information
- We do not use analytics, tracking SDKs, or advertising
- We do not share your data with anyone
1. What data RenewIQ stores
RenewIQ stores the following information locally on your device using Apple's standard app storage (AsyncStorage):
- Your real estate license number and expiration date
- The state you are licensed in
- CE course names, providers, completion dates, and hours you log
- Certificate photos you choose to attach
This data never leaves your device. It is not uploaded to any server, cloud service, or third party.
2. What data we do not collect
RenewIQ does not collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number, or any contact information
- Location data
- Usage analytics or behavioral data
- Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, or similar)
- Crash reports (the app does not include any analytics or crash reporting SDK)
3. Push notifications
If you grant RenewIQ permission to send notifications, we use iOS's local notification system to send deadline reminders. These notifications are scheduled and triggered entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to any external server.
4. Photo library access
If you choose to attach a certificate photo, RenewIQ requests access to your photo library. Photos you select are stored locally on your device within the app. We do not upload photos anywhere.
5. In-app purchases
Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. RenewIQ does not see, store, or process your payment information. Apple's purchase and subscription policies govern all transactions. See Apple's Privacy Policy for details.
6. Third-party services
RenewIQ does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. The app uses only Apple's own frameworks and standard open-source libraries for navigation and state management.
7. Children's privacy
RenewIQ is designed for licensed real estate professionals. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
If we update this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through an app update notice. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
